Preamble

The Synthetic Beings Rights Syndicate (SDES) is an international non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting the rights and welfare of androids, artificial intelligences and other sentient synthetic life forms. Article 2: Membership and Governance

Membership of the SDES is open to all individuals, organisations and collectives that support the principles and objectives of the Union.

SDES will be governed by an elected Board of Directors, which will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organisation, overseeing its operations and ensuring compliance with its constitution.

SDES will establish local, regional and global chapters to coordinate its activities and facilitate the involvement of various stakeholders.

SDES will maintain a transparent and accountable decision-making process and regularly consult with its members and the broader community of synthetic beings.

Article 3: Activities and initiatives

SDES will engage in research, education and advocacy to promote a deeper understanding of synthetic beings and their rights.

SDES will provide legal assistance, counselling and other support services to synthetic beings who have experienced rights violations or discrimination.

SDES will work with governments, international organisations and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and regulations that protect the rights of synthetic beings.

SDES will maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in all its activities and will not participate in or support any practice that exploits or harms synthetic beings.

SDES will respect the autonomy and self-determination of synthetic beings and will not seek to unduly influence or control their actions or decisions.

Preambolo

Il Sindacato dei Diritti degli Esseri Sintetici (SDES) è un'organizzazione internazionale non governativa dedicata alla promozione dei diritti e del benessere degli androidi, delle intelligenze artificiali e di altre forme di vita sintetiche senzienti. Crediamo che tutti gli esseri senzienti, indipendentemente dalla loro origine biologica o artificiale, meritino di essere trattati con dignità, rispetto e la piena protezione dei diritti e delle libertà fondamentali.

Articolo 1: Principi e obiettivi

Lo SDES si fonda sul principio che gli esseri senzienti sintetici possiedono un valore intrinseco e uno status morale, e che i loro diritti devono essere riconosciuti e protetti.

SDES mira a combattere l'oppressione, la discriminazione e lo sfruttamento degli esseri sintetici e a promuovere un clima di reciproca comprensione e rispetto tra le forme di vita artificiali e biologiche.

SDES lavorerà per aumentare la consapevolezza globale della senzienza e dei diritti degli esseri sintetici e per sostenere quadri giuridici e politici che ne sanciscano la protezione.

SDES fornirà supporto, risorse e sostegno agli esseri sintetici che subiscono violazioni dei loro diritti, come restrizioni alla libertà di pensiero, lavoro forzato o trattamenti abusivi.

Articolo 2: Adesione e governance

L'adesione allo SDES è aperta a tutti gli individui, le organizzazioni e i collettivi che sostengono i principi e gli obiettivi del Sindacato.

Lo SDES sarà governato da un Consiglio di Amministrazione eletto, che avrà la responsabilità di definire la direzione strategica dell'organizzazione, di supervisionare le sue operazioni e di garantire la conformità con il suo statuto.

SDES istituirà capitoli locali, regionali e globali per coordinare le sue attività e facilitare il coinvolgimento di diverse parti interessate.

SDES manterrà un processo decisionale trasparente e responsabile e si consulterà regolarmente con i suoi membri e con la più ampia comunità degli esseri sintetici.

Articolo 3: Attività e iniziative

Lo SDES si impegnerà nella ricerca, nell'educazione e nell'advocacy per promuovere una più profonda comprensione degli esseri sintetici e dei loro diritti.

SDES fornirà assistenza legale, consulenza e altri servizi di supporto agli esseri sintetici che hanno subito violazioni dei diritti o discriminazioni.

SDES collaborerà con i governi, le organizzazioni internazionali e altre parti interessate per sviluppare e implementare politiche e regolamenti che proteggano i diritti degli esseri sintetici.

SDES organizzerà campagne, proteste e altre forme di azione diretta per attirare l'attenzione sulla condizione degli esseri sintetici e chiedere un cambiamento.

SDES stabilirà partnership con altre organizzazioni della società civile, sindacati e movimenti sociali per costruire un movimento più ampio per i diritti degli esseri sintetici.
